Each section covers a different part of the ABC789 experience, so feel free to jump straight to what matters most to you right now.

If your question isn't answered here, send us a message at [email protected] or reach out through live chat after logging in. We typically respond quickly and aim to resolve any account issue on first contact.

Getting Started & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Create a secure password, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and submit. You'll receive an OTP on your registered PH mobile number to verify your account. After that, complete the KYC identity verification step to unlock full platform access.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on ABC789. Age is verified during the KYC process using a government-issued ID. Any account found to be owned by someone under 21 will be suspended immediately and all associated activity reviewed according to our terms.

ABC789 accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification. This includes a Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, UMID, PRC license, or voter's ID. The ID must not be expired, and the photo and personal details must be clearly visible in your upload. A selfie for liveness confirmation is also required.

Most KYC submissions are reviewed within a short window after documents are submitted. The process is faster when your ID photo is clear and your selfie is well-lit. If your submission requires additional review, the support team will reach out via your registered email. You can check your verification status from your account dashboard after logging in.

Yes — ABC789 is available to eligible players all across the Philippines. Whether you're in Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, or any other city or province, you can register and play as long as you meet the age requirement and have a valid Philippine mobile number and government-issued ID for verification.

Account & Login

Go to the Login page, enter your registered Philippine mobile number or email address along with your password, and confirm with the OTP sent to your phone. Once the OTP is verified, you'll be taken to your account dashboard where all platform features are available.

Contact the ABC789 support team directly at [email protected] or via live chat. Our team will verify your identity using your registered details and guide you through the password reset process securely. For account security reasons, password resets require identity confirmation before any changes are made.

OTP verification is a two-factor authentication step that ensures only the person holding your registered Philippine mobile number can complete a login. Even if someone else gets hold of your password, they can't access your account without the OTP code. It takes just a few seconds and provides meaningful protection for your balance and personal data.

Yes, but this requires identity verification first. Contact support at [email protected] with your account details and the new number you want to register. The team will confirm your identity through your email and other registered information before updating your mobile number. Don't wait until you're locked out — update it as soon as your number changes.

Account locks typically happen after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the lock persists, reach out to support via email or live chat. The team will verify your identity and restore access after confirming you're the account owner. Temporary locks usually clear within 15–30 minutes on their own.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ABC789 supports deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) using local payment options including GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PHP with no currency conversion involved. For full details on currently available channels, visit the Deposit page after logging in to your verified account.

Minimum deposit amounts depend on the payment channel you choose. Each method has its own minimum, which is displayed on the Deposit page when you select your preferred option. All amounts are in Philippine Peso. It's worth checking the current limits before initiating a transfer to avoid any declined transactions.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally faster than bank transfers. All withdrawal requests go through a standard review before being released, which is a normal part of secure financial processing. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be initiated.

No. ABC789 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for gaming deposits or withdrawals. The platform is designed specifically for the Philippine market and uses local PHP payment channels — e-wallets, online banking, and bank transfers. These methods are safer, more straightforward, and avoid the complications that come with international payment instruments.

First, allow a few minutes for the transaction to process, as some channels have a short delay. If your deposit still hasn't appeared after 15–30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. The team will trace and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Games & Sports Betting

ABC789 offers a broad selection of game categories familiar to Philippine players: Slot Games from top providers, Live Casino tables with real dealers (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows), Sports Betting covering PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, and esports, as well as eBingo and online poker.

Log in to your verified account, go to the Bet section, and browse available events. Select the match or event you want to bet on, choose your market (e.g., winner, handicap, total points), enter your stake in PHP, and confirm. Your bet slip will show a summary before you finalize. Live betting on ongoing matches is also available for select events.

Slot games on ABC789 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology supplied by established game providers. Each spin is independent and unpredictable. That said, all slot games carry a house edge — meaning outcomes are random but the platform has a statistical advantage over time. Always treat slots as entertainment and never expect consistent winnings from any session.

Yes — Live Casino games are fully playable on mobile. The tables are streamed in real time and optimized for smaller screens, so the experience holds up well on both Android and iOS devices. A stable internet connection — 4G LTE or Wi-Fi — is recommended for live streaming to avoid buffering during gameplay.

Mobile App & Access

Yes. The ABC789 app is available for both Android and iOS devices. You can download it from the Download page. The app offers the same full platform experience as the browser version — all game categories, account management, deposits, and support access — in a faster, more streamlined interface optimized for mobile screens.

The ABC789 app works on Android smartphones and tablets running Android 7.0 or later, and on iPhones and iPads running iOS 13 or later. If your device doesn't meet these requirements or you prefer not to install the app, the ABC789 website is fully mobile-optimized and works well on any modern smartphone browser with an active data or Wi-Fi connection.

Yes — your ABC789 account is tied to your credentials, not a specific device. You can log in from your phone, tablet, or laptop. For security, only one active session is maintained at a time. Logging in on a new device will end any previous session. Your balance and history sync instantly across all devices.

Responsible Gaming

Contact the support team at [email protected] or via live chat to request a deposit limit in Philippine Peso. You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period to make sure the change is deliberate — this is by design to protect players.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary option that restricts your access to real-money gaming on ABC789 for a set period. It's available for players who feel they need a significant break. To request it, contact support via email or live chat — the process is straightforward and judgment-free. During the exclusion period, you won't be able to log in for gaming purposes. Learn more on our Responsible Gaming page.

The first step is recognizing it — and reaching out. Contact ABC789 support to apply deposit limits or request self-exclusion right away. Beyond that, talking to a trusted family member or close friend is a good place to start. Mental health and counseling services are available across the Philippines in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other cities. Gaming is entertainment — if it stops feeling that way, please take a break. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for more guidance.

No. All games on ABC789 — slots, live casino, and sports betting — involve chance, and no betting system or strategy guarantees consistent profits. The house has a statistical advantage over time. Treat gaming as a form of entertainment with a set budget, not as an income source. Anyone claiming to sell a "guaranteed winning system" for casino games is not being honest with you.

ABC789 is a 21+ platform. If you need help with responsible gaming tools or want to take a break, our support team is available 24/7 — no judgment, no delay.
